Truck dispatching services built around your yes or no
A lot of carriers have been burned by a dispatcher who booked a cheap load in their name and called it done. Our desk works the other way around. Nothing moves until you say so.
- 01
We find the load
Your dispatcher works the load boards and our direct broker contacts for your lanes, your equipment and your home time. We look at the reload before we look at the rate.
- 02
We negotiate it
We counter with the miles, the deadhead and the market behind us. Brokers hear a number we can defend, and we walk away from the ones that won't move.
- 03
You decide
You get the full offer: lane, miles, rate, pickup window, any special requirements. Confirm it or pass. The broker sends the rate confirmation directly to you, so you see every word before you sign.
- 04
We handle the rest
Check calls, appointment changes, detention clocks and paperwork stay on our side of the desk. While you drive, we line up the next load so the truck doesn't sit empty.
What our truck dispatchers handle every week, and what we never touch
Here's the actual job list. If it's on the left, it's ours. If it's on the right, it's yours, and it stays that way.
Our desk handles
- Finding loads on boards and through direct broker relationships
- Rate negotiation on every load, counteroffers included
- Broker setup and carrier packets with your MC, W-9 and COI
- Check calls and delivery confirmations
- Detention and layover claims where the rate con allows them
- Deadhead planning and reloads before you deliver
- A weekly earnings report: loads, miles, gross, fee
- Dispatchers on nights and weekends
We never
- Book a load you didn't confirm
- Sign a rate con in your name
- Collect your pay. Brokers or your factoring company pay you directly
- Charge setup fees, monthly minimums or anything on a week you don't haul
Four things carriers ask before they sign up
- “Won't a dispatcher cost more than it makes me?”
- On an EXAMPLE $6,000 week over 2,500 loaded miles, 5% is $300, about 12 cents a mile. That has to come back through better rates, fewer empty miles and reloads that are ready on time, plus the hours you stop spending on the board. If it doesn't, leave with 30 days notice.
- “I already have brokers I like.”
- Keep them. Tell us who they are and we'll book with them first and fill the gaps around them. The setups stay under your MC, so the relationships are yours whether you stay with us or not.
- “What if the loads you find are bad?”
- Pass on them. Give us your floor rate per mile and the lanes you won't run, and we stop sending those. When you pass on something, we ask why, so the next offers get closer to what you want.
- “How do I know what you're doing all day?”
- You see every offer before it's booked, every rate con lands in your inbox, and the weekly report lists each load with its numbers. Nothing happens on your truck that you can't check.
One desk for every truck we dispatch
Every equipment type gets a dispatcher who knows its freight. Reefers live and die by appointment times. Flatbeds need someone who asks about tarps before saying yes. Hotshots need the next load lined up before the first one delivers. Pick yours to see the fee that applies.
Box trucks: 26 ft only, not a foot shorter. We don't dispatch cargo vans or sprinter vans.
Trucking dispatch services priced on what you haul
The fee is a percentage of the gross on loads you actually haul. Slow week, smaller fee. No loads, no fee at all. Many dispatch services publish rates of 8% to 12%. Slide the weekly gross to see what that gap is worth to you over a year.

Dispatch service for truckers who want the week planned, not guessed
Good dispatch is mostly about Thursday. If Thursday's reload is booked before Tuesday's load delivers, the week works. Here's what a planned dry van week can look like, with the fee taken out.

Dispatch services for trucking companies with 2 to 10 trucks
Once you run a second truck, the fee drops to 4% on every truck. Each truck gets its own plan, so one driver's home time doesn't wreck the other's week.
Your drivers can confirm offers themselves or you can keep that call for yourself. Either way, the rate con lands in the inbox you choose, and you get one weekly report per truck.
How fleet dispatch worksBrokers pay in 30 days. Your fuel bill doesn't wait.
If waiting on broker pay is the tight spot, factoring turns a delivered load into cash. We refer carriers to RTS Financial. Ask for a quote and decide after you've seen the terms.

Truck dispatch questions, answered straight
How much does your truck dispatch service cost?
5% of gross for one truck with authority 6 months or older. 7% while your MC is under 6 months, and for 26 ft box trucks and hotshots. 4% per truck once you run two or more. There's no setup fee and no monthly minimum, and the fee only applies to loads you haul.
Do I have to take every load you find?
No. Every load comes to you as an offer with the lane, miles, rate and pickup window. You confirm it or pass. Passing costs you nothing, and we never book a load you haven't said yes to. If you keep passing on a lane, we'll ask why and adjust what we look for.
Who receives the rate confirmation?
You do. The broker sends the rate con directly to you, so you read every term before you sign. We negotiate the rate and set up the broker, but the agreement is between your company and the broker, under your MC.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No setup fee. The agreement is month-to-month, and you can cancel with 30 days notice. We'd rather keep you because the weeks work than because a contract says so.
What equipment do you dispatch?
26 ft box trucks, dry vans, reefers, flatbeds, step decks, power only, hotshots, car haulers, dump trucks, oversize loads and hazmat or tanker loads. Each has its own page explaining how we dispatch it.
Do you dispatch box trucks under 26 ft or cargo vans?
No. For box trucks we only dispatch 26 footers, nothing shorter. We don't dispatch cargo vans or sprinter vans at all. If you're planning to move up to a 26 ft box, apply when the truck is ready and we'll put it to work.
Can you dispatch a brand-new MC?
Yes. Some brokers won't load an MC younger than 30 to 90 days, so a new authority takes more phone work. We know which ones will, and we set up your packets as you go. The fee is 7% until your authority turns 6 months old.
Are you a freight broker?
No. TruckSprint is a dispatch service that works for carriers. Brokers arrange freight for shippers; we work on your side of the phone call. You haul under your own MC, the broker pays your company, and you pay us a percentage of the gross on loads you confirmed.
